  • Starter: Cream of pumpkin soup with roasted chestnuts

    or Homemade smoked salmon with special grilled bread or Homemade foie gras toast
  • Dish: Supreme of guinea fowl, truffle sauce

    or Fillet of Turbo, steamed apple champagne sauce and seasonal vegetables
  • Assorted mignardises, including fine chocolates and miniature pastries
